Following our recruitment events earlier in the Summer and the return of players from Sydney, we re-start our training sessions for new and existing players.

When: Every Tuesday and Thursday (starting 16th September)
Time: 18:45 (for 19:00 start)
Duration: 1.5-2hrs
Directions: West Ham tube, walk to East London Rugby Club
The Steelers use the last 2 changing rooms

Depending on numbers, we will probably be running a beginners coaching group to help get everyone up to speed in a less intimidating environment.
