Go by tube
to West Ham tube station. Leave by the station's only exit -
there is a map on the wall which shows the clubhouse as East
London Rugby Club. Turn left out of the station and walk down
Memorial Avenue, a residential street. Follow the road as it
bends sharply to the left, where it turns into Holland Road.
Turn right at the end and you will see the club's car park.
If you are still walking 5 minutes after leaving the station
you have probably made a wrong turning!

Directions
by Road:
From central London:
take the Limehouse Link and join the A13 by turning left at
the Esso petrol station. Head east on the A13, turning left
just before the Canning Town flyover. Go north on to A1011,
Manor Road, signposted for Stratford. Turn right about a mile
later, just before West Ham station, into Memorial Avenue. The
road bends left and then sharp right at the end into the car
park. There is ample free parking by the clubhouse but parking
restrictions are enforced 7 days a week on the streets near
the club. Please slow down as you approach the club, children
often play in the street.
From
south of the River Thames:
The club is close to the Blackwall tunnel. Use the slow lane
through the tunnel, then take the second turn-off just after
a bus stop. This takes you on to the A13, and within a mile
of the Canning Town flyover (see above).
For the
northern end of the Rotherhithe tunnel, turn left, left and
left again around The White Swan pub on to the Limehouse link
(see above).
Public transport
options include the Docklands Light Railway service from Greenwich
and Lewisham (change at Canary Wharf or Bow Church / Road),
the Jubilee line, the East London extension from New Cross and
New Cross Gate (change at Canada Water) and the North London
line from North Woolwich (foot tunnel and ferry to Woolwich).
